This is a Flat-Rate Diagnostic Fee, *NOT AN HOURLY CHARGE*. This allows us the time to travel to your home and diagnose the issue you are having with your appliance. From there we will give you a quote on the total cost of the repair.
*This diagnostic fee is non-refundable and due at the time of your appointment*
*The Diagnostic fee will be seen as a portion of labour should you decide to move forward with any repair options*

GENERAL/PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PACKAGES: $189-$289
We offer general maintenance packages ranging in price from $189 - $250 (per appliance) depending on its condition and accessibility. This is perfect if you are selling a home and want to make sure your appliances are in good working order for the new owners.

WARRANTY
All repairs that require the replacement of parts are subject to a 3 month limited parts warranty. Any repairs that are able to be completed without the need of replacement parts will also have a 3 month limited warranty if the total exceeds 250$. All other repairs have a 30 day warranty.
